Jennifer Dane · AI Operations Consulting for Agents & Teams
Smarter Systems. Better Property Decisions. Still Human.
Consulting for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages who need practical AI systems, cleaner workflows, and implementation help that fits the way a practice actually runs.
What I actually do
I install operating discipline around the tools you already have.
Most agents do not need another login. They need someone who understands real estate work well enough to sit inside the mess: the CRM that never got cleaned, the listing launch that looks different every time, the follow-up that dies in a drafts folder, and the team that is experimenting with AI without a shared standard.
That is the consulting I do. I evaluate how your practice runs today, organize the process, recommend only the tools that earn their keep, build practical workflows, and stay through implementation and training. I am a South Carolina REALTOR®, researcher, PMP-certified project manager, and U.S. Air Force veteran. I am not a software developer, and I do not sell you a custom build you cannot maintain.
If you want a coaching funnel, this is the wrong page. If you want a clearer operating brief and a system your team will actually use, start here. Broader advisory conversations also live on my consulting page.
What you leave with
A written picture of the current process, the bottlenecks, the tools to keep or cut, and a sequenced implementation plan with owners and deadlines.
What I refuse to do
Overpromise AI, replace your judgment, ignore brokerage rules, or hand you a stack of prompts with no operating home for them.
Where AI fits
Drafting, research assist, checklist generation, knowledge lookup, and first-pass communication, always reviewed by a human before anything client-facing goes out.
Where AI does not fit
Final advice on contracts, compliance calls, pricing strategy without market judgment, or anything that should stay confidential inside your brokerage standards.
Consulting services for agents and teams
The work, in plain terms.
Every engagement is scoped to your practice. These are the lanes where I spend most of my consulting time with agents, team leads, and brokerages.
AI business and workflow audits
I map your week as it really runs: lead intake, follow-up, listing prep, showing coordination, transaction management, and admin. We identify time leaks, duplicate tools, and places where AI can help without creating new chaos.
- Current-state process map and tool inventory
- Priority list of fixes ranked by effort and impact
- Clear keep / cut / replace recommendations
Lead follow-up and database organization
I help you clean the CRM, define pipeline stages that match how you sell, and build a follow-up cadence that is consistent enough to trust. AI can draft first touches and reminders. You still decide the relationship moves.
- Pipeline definitions and status hygiene rules
- Follow-up sequences for new leads, nurture, and past clients
- Prompted drafts that sound like you, not like a bot
Listing launch systems
Every listing should start the same strong way: seller intake, photo and copy package, marketing checklist, showing instructions, and feedback loop. I build the launch system once so you stop reinventing it under deadline pressure.
- Pre-listing and go-live checklists
- Copy and media templates with AI drafting support
- Launch-day roles for agent, ISA, and admin
Client communication workflows
Buyers and sellers do not need more noise. They need predictable updates, clearer asks, and fewer “just checking in” texts that say nothing. I design communication rhythms for each stage of the deal.
- Stage-based update templates
- Decision briefs that keep clients oriented
- Escalation rules for when a human must jump in
Transaction checklists and document organization
I set up named folders, stage checklists, and document naming conventions so files stop living in texts and email threads. The goal is a file any teammate can open and understand in two minutes.
- Transaction folder architecture
- Under-contract and closing checklists
- Document naming and retention habits that stick
Custom AI assistants and knowledge bases
I build prompted assistants grounded in your scripts, market notes, listing standards, and approved answers. They speed drafting and research. They do not invent brokerage policy or replace licensed judgment.
- Assistant scopes tied to specific jobs in your practice
- Knowledge sources you control and can update
- Review rules before anything becomes client-facing
Team training and responsible AI policies
I train the people who will use the system, not just the person who bought the idea. That includes practical demos, role-specific playbooks, and a short responsible-AI policy covering privacy, accuracy, disclosure, and what never gets pasted into a chat tool.
- Live training for agents and support staff
- Written do / do-not standards
- Onboarding notes for new team members
Monthly implementation and support
After the first build, most practices need a light monthly cadence: check what is working, fix friction, add the next workflow, and keep standards from drifting. This is implementation support, not endless strategy talk.
- Monthly operating review
- Incremental workflow installs
- Accountability on the plan you already approved
Who this consulting is for
Built for operators who are done collecting tools.
If your practice has outgrown sticky notes, half-used CRMs, and random ChatGPT experiments, this work is for you.
Independent real estate agents
Solo producers who want cleaner systems without hiring a full tech department or becoming a part-time IT person.
Team leads and rainmakers
Leaders who need shared workflows so the business does not live only in one person’s head or inbox.
Brokerages and offices
Groups that want responsible AI norms, consistent onboarding, and operating standards agents can actually follow.
Investor-facing agents and property businesses
Operators who need repeatable intake, underwriting support workflows, and documentation across deals.
Manufactured-home professionals
Specialists who need organized client intake, document tracking, and communication that survives complexity.
Nonprofits and veteran organizations
Mission-driven teams that need practical systems and training, not enterprise software theater.
I also help homeowners and families with property transitions, inherited-property organization, downsizing tech, document systems, and patient technology education. That lane is available on request when the work is organizational and advisory, not a substitute for legal, tax, or contractor services.
How consulting works
Discover. Design. Implement. Support.
Fees and scope are set after the first conversation. If I am not the right fit, I will say so early.
01
Discover
We identify the problem, the current process, and the decision you need to make.
- Fit call and scope check
- Process and tool walkthrough
- Success definition for 30 to 90 days
02
Design
I create a practical, customized solution with owners, sequence, and guardrails.
- Written operating brief
- Workflow and tool plan
- Training and review rules
03
Implement
We set up the workflows, templates, assistants, and documentation, then train the people who will run them.
- Hands-on setup
- Live practice with your real files
- Handoff notes your team can reuse
04
Support
We improve and maintain the system so it keeps matching real work instead of rotting after week two.
- Monthly check-ins when useful
- Friction fixes and next installs
- Standards that survive growth
Important
Human judgment stays in charge.
These services do not replace legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, or licensed contractor advice. AI-assisted work is reviewed by a human. Clients remain responsible for final decisions and for regulatory compliance in their market, brokerage, and jurisdiction. I do not provide software development, and I do not claim AI will run your real estate practice for you.
About Jennifer
An operator who has shipped the systems, not just talked about them.
I am Jennifer Dane, a South Carolina REALTOR®, real estate consultant, researcher, PMP-certified project manager, and U.S. Air Force veteran. I built research tools, operating workflows, and AI-assisted processes inside a live practice, then turned that experience into consulting for agents and teams who want the same clarity without the trial-and-error tax.
My background spans military intelligence analysis, executive nonprofit leadership in government and national security, project management, and hands-on real estate operations. That mix is why I can translate a messy pipeline into a system, teach it cleanly, and keep the human standard intact.
Confident, warm, direct, and credible is the tone I bring into the room. I will tell you what is worth doing, what to ignore, and how to keep the work human.
