Clear briefs for rooms that matter.
Speaking and consulting for veteran founders, military communities, and real estate teams who want research that changes the next decision.
What this hub is for
Three lanes. One standard.
The same intelligence habits that shaped my work in the Air Force and national security now show up on stage, in advisory rooms, and in Charleston real estate. This site is for the first two.
Speaking
Keynotes, panels, and podcasts on veteran entrepreneurship, PCS and VA realities, and building a practice that does the homework.

The chapters only look unrelated.
Before real estate, I led a company in the government and national security space at the senior-most levels. Before that, I was a U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst with CIA-enhanced training. After my service I taught kindergarten. Every chapter trained the same instinct: serve the people in the room with a clear brief, not a performance.
I was named 2026 South Carolina Vetrepreneur of the Year by Military Friendly. I still run a Charleston real estate practice — research tools, military relocation, luxury Mount Pleasant — because that is where the discipline earns its keep one transaction at a time.
If you want that voice for a stage, a podcast, or a closed advisory session, this is the door.

Tell me about the room.
Audience, format, timing, and what you need the room to leave knowing. I will tell you plainly whether I am the right fit.
