Jennifer Dane.

I was a USAF intelligence analyst. My analytical skills were further developed through CIA training. Some of what I did is still classified. All of it shaped how I work. I was built by institutions that do not accept incomplete analysis or compromised integrity -- and I brought that standard directly into real estate.

I am not going to tell you what you want to hear. I am going to tell you what you need to know -- with the warmth of someone who loves this city and deeply respects the weight of the decision you are trying to make.

The Military Background

USAF intelligence analyst. CIA-trained researcher. The Air Force built in a standard that does not take days off: be right, not just fast. CIA training sharpened that into a research methodology I apply to every transaction -- deed records, plats, permit histories, neighborhood trajectory data. I do not pull up a Zillow link and call that homework.

Why Charleston

I moved here several years ago and fell in love with it and understood immediately why people never leave. The history, the water, the food, the pace of life -- Charleston earns its reputation. I know this market the way you only can when it is your actual home. I live here. I am invested in this community the same way my clients are.
