Before real estate, I was a CEO in the government and national security space, a role I held at the senior-most levels, loved deeply, and mourned when the contract ended. Before that, I was a U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst with CIA-enhanced training. And after my service, I taught kindergarten. These chapters only look unrelated. They are the same story told four ways: someone whose instinct, in every room, is to serve the people in front of her.
I am not going to tell you what you want to hear. I am going to tell you what you need to know, plainly, and early enough to act on, with the warmth of someone who loves this city and respects the weight of the decision you are trying to make.
