Not the city. The street, the light, the lot. Pick any that are true, then add a sentence if you want.

Even if the beds, baths, and price worked. This is how Sullivan learns what to skip.

3. What you would trade

The thing you will give up to get the thing you actually want. Sullivan uses this when two homes both “fit.”

Budget and timing help matching. They are not a substitute for taste.
